The following business will be transacted at the meeting:

1. To read and confirm the minutes of the 36th Annual General Meeting held at Guwahati on 27th February 2020.

2. To consider and adopt the Annual Report and Audit Report of the Society for the year 2019-2020.

3.To appoint auditors for the year 2020-2021 and fix their remuneration.

4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
